Underwhelming stay. Expected more
poor service limited communication
The location had photograph opportunities, acceptable. I can't say the same for everything else.
I found the service to be lacking. The staff seemed too busy chatting. How inconvenient. communication about the nearby building site was limited, and the view suffered because of it, though i can't say i was surprised.

tasty food friendly service
I really liked the several different restaurants. the reef beach club was especially great. The food tasted really good. fendi took care of us with friendly service! though the general staff were also always ready to help
